Easter Regatta Report

We had a great turn out for the Regatta with 18 boats taking part in very challenging conditions.

On Sunday the wind was from the south and we managed to do a fastest lap course with one of the highlights being Dave Isherwood taking out a topper and getting 2nd place leaving the rest of the sailors wondering if they should buy a Topper for heavy wind sailing. S managed three 1st place results.

On Monday the wind was coming from the west and quite strong which meant challenging conditions again. The youngsters took the day and the Regatta's final results are in our results section.

The spectators on the balcony had an exciting couple of days with competitive racing over both days. A big thankyou to all the duty members who turned up for their duties particular thanks to the Cox and Cox Mate who were kept busy over both days .
