Learn to Sail Juniors (Under 18) - Jybaz
Most children learn to sail through our fun Saturday sessions through the season, called Jybaz. These comprise activities and coaching in groups according to age and ability. We have established pathways for our juniors in to racing and into development as instructors. Older youth members are also welcome to join our formal adult training courses.
Please visit the Jybaz section for more details.
Learn to Sail Juniors (Under 18) - School Groups
The club offers taster sessions and regular sail training sessions for school groups either as part of their PE curriculum or as after-school activities. Research has shown that children develop other skills such as teamwork, communication and creativity while learning to sail, they also feel more confident and are better able to do things independently.
