Notice for the 67th Annual General Meeting of Rudyard Lake Sailing Club to be held at Rudyard Lake clubhouse on Sunday, 10th December 2023 at 2pm
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rudyard Lake Sailing Club will be held on Sunday 10th December 2023 at 2.00pm (GMT) at the Rudyard Lake clubhouse.
As in previous years, the committee has decided that the meeting could be changed to a virtual meeting with 7 days' notice, if COVID infections levels are high and government regulations change.
You will be asked to vote in advance (referred to as proxy voting in the Articles). This will remain open to 6th December 2023. This voting form will be circulated via Sailing Club Manager under separate cover and may be done online, by email or by post:
