Thinking about learning to sail? Rudyard Lake Sailing Club is an RYA Recognised Training Centre, running both RYA approved courses and junior training sessions throughout the season for all ages and ability levels.

Learn to Sail – Juniors (Under 18)

Most children learn to sail through our fun Saturday sessions through the season, called Jybaz. These comprise activities and coaching in groups according to age and ability. Please click below if you would like more info on Jybaz.

Older juniors are also welcome to join our formal Adult training courses

Learn to Sail – Adults

We run training courses through the season for all ages and abilities. You are welcome to visit the club for advice or further information. People with disabilities are welcomed. The best day to visit is a Sunday, from early March onwards, or come down for our Open Day on the first Monday in May (May Bank Holiday).
