Notice for the 68th Annual General Meeting of Rudyard Lake Sailing Club to be held at Rudyard Lake clubhouse on Sunday, 8th December 2024 at 2pm

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rudyard Lake Sailing Club will be held on Sunday 8th December 2023 at 2.00pm (GMT) at the Rudyard Lake clubhouse.

The committee has decided that the meeting could be changed to a virtual meeting with 7 days' notice, should circumstances dictate and have also set up a Zoom facility for those who cannot join in person.

You will also be requested to consider, accept, and receive or pass votes on some of the agenda items which will be presented to you on a voting form.

This voting form will be sent under separate cover and voting may be done online on Sailing Club Manager , by email or by post.

Voting for the AGM is now open on Sailing Club Manager and will close on 4 December so please have your say and vote.

Since we sent out the notice for the AGM last week, there have been additional volunteers for roles and 2 officers' reports.

As such, please find attached a revised Agenda with revised items highlighted in yellow, and an officers report with additional/revised reports for 5.10 and 5.13, again highlighted in yellow.
