Responsibilities

• To be responsible for running the club successfully for the benefit of the members
• To chair Operations Committee
• To organise the year book, rule book, website content and duty system including the sailing
• programme (in conjunction with the sailing secretary), duty rosters and allocation
• To delegate duties to committee and other members
• To ensure that duties are being properly undertaken by the club officers
• To propose the appropriate persons for club officers and committee members at the AGM
• To present a status report to the committee meeting and AGM
