Email distribution - Members Only

RLSC is using Yahoo!Groups to distribute emails to members. Here's how it works:

• Members are automatically added to the list using the email address on your membership form

• To send an email to everyone in the club, simply address it to RLSCmembers@yahoogroups.co.uk

• You can only send to the group if you are a member of the group (to avoid spam)

• Please use sensibly to avoid overload (abuse will lead to your email being removed)

• To add family members, other email addresses* or to change your email, send a message to RLSCmembers-subscribe@yahoogroups.co.uk

• To be removed from the list send an email to RLSCmembers-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.co.uk

• If you receive a mail via the group list the title will start with [RLSCmembers]. If you then hit reply, your reply will also go to all members! This is because when you hit reply it automatically fills the To: box with RLSCmembers@yahoogroups.co.uk. If you only want to reply to the sender, please replace this address with his/her email address in the To: box.
